Rebirth of Thought

The mind bends through chaos and calm,
Seeking rhythm where silence may dwell.
Once lost in opinions and fragile approval,
Now learning to breathe within its own will.

I break the walls carved by others’ gaze,
Refusing is proof of my skin.
To feel unseen, yet move with devotion —
Each scar recites where the truth has been.

Love, a meditation of pain refined,
Where innocence bows and arrogance fades.
The child within still learns to crawl,
While the adult heals from the roles they played.

Rise again through dynamic motion,
Turn pressure into a mindful flame.
Forget completion to be complete,
Respect life, and forget the name.
